Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on April 20, 2023 found that Griswold Home Care had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on February 23, 2023.
